Die Arbeit "messing" zeigt das Produkt eines unüberlegten Momentes, gegossen in Messing. Die Abformung besteht aus den Bissen zweier Personen in Modelliermasse und fängt trotz Verformungen den Charakter der Gebisse ein. Angelehnt an das Englische "messing around", muss zurückgedacht werden an den Moment, in dem es entstanden ist. "Wenn du reinbeißt, beiße ich auch rein."
